Are you feeling unsure about therapy? That’s completely normal.
While a therapist’s skills are obviously very important, the connection matters a lot. The best way to get a sense of that is to have a free phone consultation with me. It’s an opportunity for you to explore if therapy is the right path, to learn about my approach and style, and to ask any questions. If we feel that we are a fit, we can schedule our first session.
If we are not a good fit, I will make every effort to provide you with an appropriate referral.
